What’s the minimum order?
10 pieces per design, with mixed sizes. For example, 3 S, 4 M and 3 L.
How do I place an order?
Send us your design with your logo and details for a quote, or book a free consult and we’ll guide you. Once you approve your quote and mockup, we start production.
Can I mix colours or blanks in one order?
Yes. Each colour or design needs at least 10 pieces, and you can mix and match sizes as much as you like.

How does pricing work?
Your price per piece depends on the blank, the quantity, the decoration method and how many print locations you choose. The more you order, the lower the price per piece. Each blank page shows approximate prices, and you can send us your design for a free, precise quote. Your final price is confirmed in your quote.
Are there setup fees?
No. Unlike many printers, we don’t charge setup or screen fees. The price you see is per piece.
How accurate are the prices?
They’re estimates for a standard design. Your final quote may be higher or lower depending on design, sizes and quantity, and we confirm the exact price before production.
What are your payment terms?
We take full payment up front, and we guarantee the quality. If there’s a mistake with your design, we’ll give you a full refund or remake the whole order.

I don’t have a logo. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us your idea and our designers will create a print-ready design for you. Send us a message or book a free consult.
What file should I send?
A PNG with a transparent background or an SVG works best. We’ll let you know if your file needs touching up before print.
Will I see a mockup before production?
Yes. We send a mockup and quote for approval before anything is made.

How long does production take?
About 2–3 weeks from design approval. Have a deadline? Tell us when you request a quote and we’ll do our best to meet it.
Which decoration methods do you offer?
Printing, for vibrant full-colour designs with a soft feel, and embroidery, for a premium stitched finish. We’ll recommend the best method for your design.
